I just called and spoke to a woman and the way she spoke to me was appalling. I am shocked.
You do not raise your voice at a customer and you do not speak over a customer when they are talking. My message to this horrible woman who states that she is the owner is to please go back and learn some customer service skills. I will never again go to this store and I will be passing on the message to avoid this business to all I know.
