I tried to book an appointment for Saturday at the Bondi beach store.

As I was booking I got asked to leave a $50 deposit (out of the $75 that I would have to pay for a blow dry)

I found this a little unusual, then I got asked to leave the deposit in cash which I don't have on me but did have a card. It is quite strange to have to pay more than three quarter of the final fee as a deposit. Anyway when I offer to pay it wasn't possible to leave the deposit by card. The girls at the counter couldn't be bothered and clearly was not keen to help. It was the worst and rudest customer service so decided to leave and find another hairdresser.
