Tony Moore: Independence In Politics & Public Policy.

Tony Moore is Queensland's common sense approach to politics, amplifying the everyday Qld. voice, keeping truth, the rule of law, independence and the sovereignty of the people in Australian politics.

What does it take to be the difference?

Public policy is everywhere: when you wake; when you drive; work; live life; holiday; bank; shop; buy and sell; go to school; travel. . . and decides the terms under which you are born, live, and die.

But policy doesn't have to be what the blue, red or green tell you it must be, public policy can be the colour of you and your community.

All that it takes, is for you to choose to be engaged and active in politics to add your voice, your support, inform your networks and add your influence to the debate - because public policy is is what we decide. "We the people" - not we the party; not we the ideology or lobby group, or not we the government of the day.

"We the people" decide.

But if 'we the people', defer our participation to a party's agenda, if we give up, fail to engage in politics, tire, ignore policy or don't care, than 'we the people' and our children will suffer for it, and suffer under it.

Political actors and agents are prowling, conspire and strategise to monopolise policy and decide such things on our behalf.

But I still believe.

I believe in "we the people"; the Rule of Law and champion 'the sovereignty of the people' as espoused from Australia's Constitution.

I largely oppose the out of touch leftist Labor and Greens policy and platforms as they consistently undermine democracy (in policy formulation) and violate our human decency and sovereignty, taking away even the most-basic human-right, the right to life to attract cheap votes or gain a boost in the polls.

As such, I make publicly known that when elected my support will be given to the formation of a lean conservative government, particularly one that features independence from party control. But warn, thereafter, I will think for my self, and act independent of all parties and lobby groups so to truely and accurately represent my electorate; to then investigate existing and tabled policy for congruence and hinderance, to inspire new policy that points the way.
