If you actually have half a clue, then you know that these guys are one of the better PC Tech shops in Sydney. Their retail prices are standard, but they are usually negotiable on price.
For repairs, they know their stuff. Their labour rate is not unreasonable. They're on my very short list of PC Techs who I would actually Recommend to others. And No. I'm not a friend or an acquaintance.

My 8 year old has got his iPad fixed here. Harry has brought it back like absolutely new. That's great, that too for a good price. My boy is back a happy child ;)

These guys bailed me out from a computer crash due to a failed motherboard on a very old PC. Got me back up and running within 8 hours, no loss of data and for just a few hundred dollars, plus I found them very pleasant and accommodating people to deal with.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Absolutely atrocious service DO NOT GO HERE. They LOST my laptop for over 2 weeks, came back multiple times to collect it and they still had not found it. The manager was extremely rude and unaccomdating. Do not go here the customer service is terrible and you will have a horrendous experience. 0 stars.
EDIT: to the response of the owner - yes integrity is very important which is why it is awful that you lost my laptop for an extended period of time as well as making me feel threatened and and uncomfortable when I asked for a discount for wasting my time, not honouring the agreed time-frame of repair and losing my possessions.

Absolutely unscrupulous and dishonest! They offered me a discounted price to win my business and then when it came time to pay they reneged on their word and asked for the full price. When I asked why, they completely lied through their teeth about the whole thing and refused to make good on their promise. They also tried to charge me for checking a second laptop I brought in because I decided not to proceed with it as the repair cost was too high. Unbelievable!

Most of the positive feedback they receive are probably from their friends and acquaintants. Stay FAR away unless you enjoy being taken for a ride!

I came to this shop for help and the owner was excellent and helped me all the way to fix two phones I brought with me.
Recently I changed my two plans from tpg to vodafone. Vodafone gave me two new numbers in emails. I called vodafone Call Centre just to let them know that I wanted my old numbers unchanged. The intention was to receive the new SIM cards with the new numbers. Within 5-10 minutes of this call our phones stopped working. I called the Call Centre again and they gave me the address of this shop and within 10 minutes my phones our phones started working again. I could not expect more. My sincere thanks goes to the owner of this agency.

Charged me $300 for a screen that broke when I put it in my coat pocket after two months. I didn't drop it or cause any damage as $300 is a lot of money to me. Refused to repair it under warrenty but was happy to charge me another $300 to fix it. They repair the screens themselves but state they "send them to a repair centre", when they originally repaired the screen they broke the last of their black ones and had to call me to ask if they could use a white one. They told me it could be a 2 day wait and yet they repaired it an hour after leaving work. They also wasted the whole day that I could have taken it to someone else to get repaired. Crap service and crap replacement parts - do not recommend.
