Top Ride Cycles

I'd recommend this store if anyone is after Giant bikes, equipment etc. Staff are diligent and try to answer questions to the best of their knowledge. The young fella I was talking to in the store was I think a newbie but I was fine with his efforts to find stock and trying to answer the questions I had for the product I was after. I'll be back here to look for some more apparel and protective gear. Would be keen check out this store again for servicing my bike as well. Highly recommend anyone who is a bike maniac. Parking would be better across the road to Top Ryde Shopping centre for ease of access and it's free 3 hours so you don't have to worry about reversing your car in middle of the busy traffic. Don't complain about the parking if you've seen this review.

Very good customer care, the bike mechanics fix the bike very well and make sure everything runs well. They are very good with booking times quick and always depend on your time.

Dropped in this morning with my bike looking for some advice re my disc brakes. The lovely mechanic, Damien, adjusted my front brake, showed me how to judge wear, looked over my bike and gave me other advice about wear and tear on my e-bike and what to look out for. Generous with his time, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Told me I didn't need to do a service right now (so not at all pushy) but I will be back to service my bike here and will tell my bike riding friends and colleagues. Can't recommend Damien and Top Ride Cycles enough. Fantastic customer service!

Treated respectfully and honestly while I was picking out a push bike and some lights. These guys know their stuff and don't push expensive stuff on you. Well done and thanks!

I would like to say that Joseph is worth more money, his service and knowledge on bikes is well beyond. He is a good salesman, knowledgeable and a mechanic that knows what he is doing compared to other shop "mechanics". He has fixed, gotten me out of trouble and looked after my bike numerous times. He spends his time explaining, you don't feel rushed and gets the job done. He goes well ABOVE AND BEYOND every time and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone thinking of getting their bikes serviced and or purchasing bikes for the family please go there ask for Joseph. The other sales crew are also friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will be taking my bike there to be maintained and will be purchasing another bike from there.

If you are after good honest mechanic that is just good at what here does Joseph is your guy. He's generous with his time and I have to stress again honest. Doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Highly recommended.

I've had 2 bike services with these guys - both top notch. They really investigate and give you a thorough run down of their findings and make appropriate recommendations. Very friendly and accommodating throughout. Just have the right expectations that they do get busy and have to schedule things ahead.

It was a very pleasant experience for me ...I was couple of minutes late but the guy inside was very friendly, he opened it for me..and assembled my child's bike ..he also adjusted the tricycle side tyres little high and explained that it would help the child to learn ..no wonder why they are so succesful..!

I was fortunate enough to live in the area when one day I dropped my son's MTB off at Top Ride for brake pads and chain. I was called the following day by Damian who informed me that the frame was cracked. In a professional manner he set about helping me enter into a warranty claim. I had lost the documentation for the purchase of the bicycle and had been snubbed by the dealer from whom I purchased it. Damian went the extra mile in contacting the Giant representative and managed to arrange a replacement frame. This frame was not the same as the aluminium model that had broken, but it was a full carbon XTC unit. Damian exchanged all the components to the new frame, and my son was stoked at the result. Excellent service. Well done Damian and Top Ride.I hope that the rest of your team learn from your lead. Thank you.

Gday Fellow Riders I would like to extend my appreciation once again to TOP RIDE CYCLES, For all their help and outstanding customer service thorugh too their Giant Product suport, that I would say by far surpasses anyone in the industry. Words I would use to describe TOP RIDE CYCLES would be. *Perfectionists *True Craftsman *Understanding *second to None” The list could go on & On….. I have had the pleasure of dealing with TOP RIDE CYCLES for only 2 months now!!, But would never go elsewhere. Even taking into consideration I have to travel 65km each way to get the best service in town,. As nothing it too hard or an issue For them. Their team of skilled and highly experienced staff are allways there to help & who you need behind you for either for your next purchase to mechanical Repairs or scheduled maintenanced service.
