Terrible practice. Receptionist did not help us at all when my sick 1yo child vomited on the floor. I asked for towels or anything to clean up, she just pointed at the tissue box, did not say a word. Doctor was vague and got irritated when his unclear instructions were not followed. Had to wait an hour to be seen.

I cancelled an appointment at another surgery to get a earlier appointment here. turns out by the time i got in to see the doctor i should have keeped my oringinal Appointment.

I dont understand how a medical centre opens at 8am but no doctors start untill 10am and when i arrived at 9am ( i was informed of this) i made an appointment to see the doctor for 1030am. Went home and came back at 1020am and proceeded to sit there and wait until now (1130am) even after explaining to them multiple times that all i needed was a certificate clearing me to go back to work. Will not be reattending this place as it is disorginised and has no care factor either

Such a rude, unfriendly receptionist. I had to actually initiate communication because she didn't bother looking up while I was standing at her desk. She barely spoke to me and just handed me forms. It was uncomfortable and so unprofessional.
The Doctors room was messy, cramped smelt and had old furniture and ripped chairs. All the equipment looked unhygienic and outdated.
The Doc looked as though he didn't look after himself at all. He looked tired, washed up, his clothes were from the 60's and he was in desperate need of grooming in terms of nails, hair and beard.
I know that's a bit harsh and judgemental but I think, as a professional in charge of the patients health needs at that particular time in space, how much is he gonna care about a patient? How serious does he take his profession in terms of keeping up to date with industry knowledge, studies etc?
On leaving, I ask receptionist "do you need anything from me", she didn't say a word, nodded head and that was that. Pffft, disgusting experience. Funny thing was I notice a sign on the wall saying "our clinic grows from word of mouth, share your experience". Lol

NEVER GO HERE - The doctor's are not up to date with the latest industry/medical knowledge. I had visited this practice for over a year, I was constantly sick. I was told by several doctors that it was just flu season or that I needed to take care with personal hygeine. In particular there is one old man doctor who literally looks like he needs to be on a pension then practicing! He mumbles and does not ask the right questions...moving on a year later and I saw a new doctor in North Sydney who diagnosed referred me to an immunologist..I was correctly diagnosed with an autoimmune deficiency. What a roller coaster ride it has been. AVOID THIS PLACE - INCOMPETENT/NON CONSULTATIVE/ UN-HELPFUL! DO IT FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!

It was a public holiday and our regular GP, who is amazing by the way was closed. This place was open. My daughter was throwing up and had a high fever from very early morning. That afternoon we decided to take her to this so called medical Centre as it was the only one open that was close to us.
I took a few plastic bags with us as my daughter kept throwing up throughout the whole day. We got there and she started throwing up just as the so called female Dr ,whose name I didn't care to remember after that day all I know is she was Indian or something, walked into the waiting room. Instead of walking over to a 2 year old who was obviously in pain and at least offering her a bucket, she just walked back to her office and said: "Come in when she's finished."
My only regret now, is not walking out then and there because she was just a useless woman who had no idea what she was talking about.
I would rather not take my children to a Dr. than go to this place again. And that's saying something as I would give my life for them.

I went two days ago they charged me 90$ to see a doctor I asked for a medical report for court they gave me a useless piece of paper with no injuries documented. I literally walked out the door and then noticed she had not given me the correct slip I then tried to call and they had shut early. I am now here agian to Collect my medical record again today and they have tried to charge me again although the receptionist informed me prior it was free with a Medicare card number. I have now been waiting 2hrs for a doctor and they have put clients ahead of me that have just walked through the doors. The receptionists are rude and have no interest in your issues. They also speak a different language so you can't even understand when they conversation at the front desk UNEXEPTABLE

They advertise that it opens 8am. Had to wait 15 mins for the receptionist to come in then she tells me the drs r not in yet and wont be available til after 9.

The worst medical center I have been to in my whole life. I have been to many doctors and this is my worst experience ever. I am an international student, so I have to pay for the appointment and the test I had to do. This cost me around 150 dollars. When I was at the doctor, I told him the symptons and I already knew what it was (Had it before). He gave me what I needed and a test. The issue here is he told me several time, because I asked many times, if the test was fine and I got the right medication, he wont call me back, if something where wrong he will call. So I got a call from the center, and went back again. I had to visit another doctor at the center, because the first one and the one who is responsible wasnt there that day. Anyways, the other doctor was terrible, he was silent and VERY slow talking and typing on his keyboard (Which explains that I had to wait almost 2 hours to visit him, because he was so slow with his patients who were in front of me). However, then he says the test was fine and I should keep finishing the tablets I have received. So, I recommend not to ever visit this medical center, they are basicly money scammers (You guys on medicare, I still dont recommend it, they arent friendly at all. The worst thing about them is that they called me back to go back for nothing, and pay another 80 dollars.
