Absolutely fantastic service. I had 3 pairs of pants taken in (quite a lot) and the owner was meticulous in measuring and checking my requirements. I asked for extra slim and the result is amazing. Upon returning, the owner allowed me to try the pants on and went through each sizing with me.

When my jacket had this wear issue, then I had asked Burberry for this issue. And Burberry's solution is put a cloth to cover this area, but that will cover the diamond lines of clothes. Then I find this shop and had a better solution for my jacket.

Fantastic work! I had my vintage tweed jacket fixed here, and they did an excellent job working with such thick fabric. It was however a little pricey ($368) :S But I would 100% feel confident to bring something precious to be fixed here in future. Highly recommended.

Took 4 business shirts here to be taken in and shortened. These shirts were all the same brand, same size. All were measured, but unfortunately every single one of them has come back a very different cut. One of them is unwearable now as it was shortened so much it can't be tucked in anymore.
While some of the shirts were tailored well, it's disappointing that for a cost of $200, I didn't receive consistent quality, and one of my shirts is now unwearable.
