Most of the items being on bargain prices as well having great fashion accessories make it a must window-shopping experience

Pretty much situated right at the centre of Sydney, connected to QVB, The Galeries and two main streets. Good variety of clothing and sales although a little pricey. Chill and easygoing staff members.

They have some great products. For example, two ply white Egyptian cotton business shirts are $75 and usually at least double at other stores. The issue is they rarely have the products in stock.

Came here on a mission to find a second pair of jeans the exact same as the ones I currently own. With the absolute mayhem going on because of the sales I wanted to get in and out. I found a staff member, her name was Eliza. She helped me find the same pair and even went out of her way to go that extra effort to check the system and the change rooms to get my size!!!! Great service, thanks Eliza!

TS are impossible to contact. Have been trying now for 24 hours. Left messages, emailed, no response. Trying to get a refund/exchange on a faulty item - TS will not oblige. Say it's not faulty. Showed item to Bonds, Witchery, H & M and Seed. All agree it's faulty. Disgusting customer service

the fetuses that work at this shop are truly awful. Soon enough they will realise that selling cheap tacky clothes shouldn't inflate their egos.

Good value for money but staff a little disengaged/too busy when it comes to getting help

The store itself is great, there's lot of styles and sizes. The only problem I have with the store is that I went to return a faulty shirt only to be given another faulty item. Not great if you're spending $40 on a t-shirt.
