No expense has been spared with this four bedroom, 2 bathroom home away from home. Extensive use of natural timber has been used throughout, from the polished hardwood floors and kitchen benches to the unique cedar staircase.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms -the Garden Bedroom beautifully furnished with a timber queen bed accompanied by Jean-Claude Picot lithographs, and the Bunk bedroom containing a single /double bunk bed and a single ensemble. A kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwasher sits adjacent to the laundry which includes washing machine and clothes dryer The bathroom has a 2 sink vanity and a vast shower recess. The comfortable downstairs dining and lounge area include a small library to suit your holiday reading needs.
Heading up Torghatten’s beautiful cedar staircase you enter a spacious arena incorporating kitchen, lounge and dining areas. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people. And for billiard players, a gleaming pool table has been provided to enhance your holiday experience.
Upstairs contains 2 extremely comfortable queen size bedrooms - the White Blossom room flanked by cool breezes, and the Flame Tree room serenaded by the noise of the ocean waves. The bathroom mimics its downstairs counterpart with a double sink vanity and vast 'shower recess.
The 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans and both floors have air conditioning units. There are 4 televisions throughout the house enabling everyone to watch their favourite show without disturbing others. All windows are adorned with white plantation 'shutters. There is a small front balcony and a larger back balcony containing a rainwater tank.
Both ends of the staircase have detachable barriers which will give you peace of mind when holidaying with young children.
The outside entertainment area includes room for kids to play on a rainy or very hot day, a BBO with outdoor setting, an outdoor surfer's shower to wash the sand away and of course a clothesline.
