About Toronto Physical Culture Club

Toronto Physical Culture Club is a 'physie' club on the shores of Lake Macquarie NSW that teaches girls and ladies exercise technics and dance routines from the Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture

Toronto Physical Culture Club Description

Toronto Physical Culture Club aims to improve the health of Australian girls and women by promoting physical fitness and mental wellbeing.

The physical benefits of regular exercise are well-known but there are also psychological benefits. Self esteem and social skills are enhanced by gaining confidence at an activity and becoming involved in team sport as well as a feeling of belonging.

Our organisation aims to serve the community, supporting the many clubs who belong to our association. We keep costs to our members and their teachers as low as possible so that physical culture is within the financial reach of every Australian family.

We provide a fun, safe, non-elitist, inexpensive, team-based sport, encouraging girls and women from all communities to participate.
