Total Fx Fitness & Health

Total FX Fitness & Health cost is $10 per class, PT's are $60ph or $35 per 1 /2hr for 1 on 1, 2 on 1 is $30 each p /h or $20 each per 1 /2 hr

Total FX can give you a range of fitness classes for everybody, from beginner to advanced. We aim to provide you with the whole package to obtain your goals, I have been training in this industry for the last 4years, and over the last year have trained at a local gym and can bring you the latest classes that they are offering without the travel and cost of joining a gym. I have my cert 3 in fitness and Cert 4 in Personal training. I studied at Fitness Institute of Australia. Also licensed in MMAXFit, MMA Strike, and MMA Kickboxing,
