ABOUT TOTAL MORTGAGE & FINANCE
Total Mortgage & Finance is a new mortgage broking business established by myself, John Daniel in 2012. During my time working as an Accountant in our family business TD Accounting, I recognised a need for our clients to easily obtain finance for a variety of reasons. This could include finance for their own home, investment properties, business plant & equipment, commercial buildings or borrowings in their Self- Managed Super Fund. With a personal interest in property investment and my background in Accounting, I decided that the best way to help our clients obtain this finance was to become a Mortgage Broker.
I have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor of Business (Accounting /International Management)
• Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
I also have the following memberships and associations:
• Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA)
• Full Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)
• Member of The Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL)
• Justice of the Peace in the state of NSW

WHY USE A MORTGAGE BROKER?
At Total Mortgage & Finance I am accredited with over 30 different lenders, including the big four banks and a range of second tier and smaller lenders. I can help match you with the right loan for your individual circumstances. There is NO cost to you for my services, as I am paid a commission from the lender for preparing the application and managing the loan through to settlement. The commission I receive is NOT added to the cost of your loan in anyway.
The process is a very simple one. Based on your financial position I can assess which lenders will approve your loan, and then I research to find the best product for your circumstances. I then work with you to gather all the necessary documentation, take you through the loan application, lodge the application and see you through to settlement.
Post settlement, I will act as your personal bank manager for the life of the loan. I will be able to assist you with any changes you may wish to make to your loan, such as fixing the interest rate, attaching an offset account or increasing your loan.

• Home Loans –We can help you obtain finance for your own home or an investment property. We can also refinance your existing home loan to find a better deal or help you set up an offset facility or fix your home loan rate. If you are looking at building a property we can also assist in obtaining finance for land and construction costs.
• Business /Commercial Loans – This includes loans for commercial property, business start- up, purchases of existing businesses, asset finance and business operation finance such as overdraft accounts. We can also help organise merchant facilities.
• Personal Loans – We can access personal loans for cars, furniture, holidays, weddings or consolidation of your existing personal debts.
• Vehicle & Equipment Loans – Loans for a variety of vehicles and equipment including Motor Vehicles, Caravans, Boats, Motor Bikes, Trucks, Trailers, Earthmoving and Agriculture Equipment.
• Self-Managed Super Fund Loans – If you have a SMSF, then we can obtain finance for the purchase of Residential or Commercial properties in your fund.
