We are N. S. W largest motor industry training organisation and have been delivering customised sales training to the automotive industry for over 12 years.
We exclusively recruit & train for the motor industry.
Sales roles we recruit for include:
Sales Trainees, Experienced Salespeople, Management, Business Managers, Aftermarket, Administration, Technicians & Service Advisors.
As a point of difference we conduct face to face interviews to ensure you we find you the best position possible. Our office is located in the Sutherland Shire which offers free parking and is also easily accessible via public transport.
Once hired by the dealership you are employed and paid directly from them.
If you are hired as a Sales Trainee you will also be provided with 3 months training and support from Total Selling Solutions (our training academy).
The 3 month training program consists of clearly structured learning outcomes and tiers to ensure constant improvement with the ability to advance. This will ensure you make the motor industry a successful career for you.
