TradingPlaces provides thousands of undergraduate students across Australia the chance to compete on the largest dynamic platform for University students in the Southern Hemisphere. Are your trading skills up to the challenge?

The 2016 BlueLake Portfolio Competition is an intensive 6 week trading challenge, where participants can trade or invest $200 000 of virtual equity on our real-time ASX300 simulator. In 2016, the Competition will run from April 4th until May 13th.

Put your trading skills to the test – play against your friends and other students for your chance to win a slice of our attractive prize pool:

1st prize: $2000
2nd prize: $1000
3rd prize: $500

For the first time in 2016, we are holding a two-tiered competition – 2 separate competitions will be played: one for undergraduate students, and one for the general public. In July, we will hold a 2-week super round. This round will contain the best 50 from both competitions, with the winner gaining a huge $10 000!
