As our staff possess a passion for assisting personnel with training this goes hand in hand with a passion for safety with the majority holding certificate 4 or diploma qualifications. Each module of training incorporates your safety procedures and systems. When a person is undergoing training they are also learning your risk assessment process tasks analysis and your isolation procedure to name a few. Attached is a small list of the most requested services offered, please feel free to ask our staff for any other services that may enhance your company’s operational performance.
Our induction services can start with the development of, or site customising of procedures, with the onsite engagement of all stakeholders. This is then followed by the delivery of the company’s site procedures and expectations, to all those that enter your construction site, depot, plant or mine lease. This service also provides a training matrix and provides each inductee with a plastic identification card in the company design. We have found the training matrix to be invaluable as you seamlessly move through from construction to production.
Training can be delivered to site, industry, workcover or national competencies. Due to our experience in operating and training we can provide skills to your personnel from the first cut back to production stages. Our trainers are industry leaders in incorporating simulation in training plans to not only gain increased skills such as emergency procedures but operators can have
the foundation skills prior to your equipment arriving on site.
