I am from the US. After reading through the policy documents, I still had a lot of questions about what would/could be covered for my vacation to Australia in April 2017. I reached out through their contact us page and received a response within a day. There were a number of back and forth contacts to get all my questions answered, including an international phone call from the agency to me. The service and patience of the agent I worked with, Jonathan, was exemplary. It made me confident I was purchasing coverage through the right agency. In addition to the great customer service, the policy was about a third of the cost had I purchased a similar policy from a US insurer. Hopefully, I won't have to file a claim. If I do, I will update the review and include any feedback on that experience.

I have been organising our travel insurance through Travel Insurance Cover for some 5 years. I am entirely satisfied with the service they provide. The quotations are always more competitive than other insurance agents but more importantly is the standard of service they offer. Jonathan Hamber is helpful, efficient and always available should an issue arise. He has organised our insurance promptly and explained any queries that I might have. Our cover has been somewhat more complex as my partner has an existing medical condition but we always travel knowing we are fully covered. It is comforting to be able to speak to someone in a small organisation rather than dealing with Insurance companies direct. I could not recommend this company more highly.
