Travel Vaccination Clinic - Sydney Travel Vaccinations

Rang the office prior to my appointment during office hours to enquire whether I needed to bring any additional info for my appointment, got re-directed to Pollak's mobile number.

He seemed angry that I had called and was quite rude stating that he was on a train and was running late. I appologised and asked when he expected to arrive at the office so I could call back then which seemed to agitate him even further. Not exactly the attitude you want from someone about to give you multiple vaccination injections.

I subsequently decided to cancel my appointment due to this behavior so can't review the services the clinic provides, however Dr Pollak could benefit from better communication skills.

Do not go! I had no idea that there could be so much disparity in prices for vaccinations. Reception was pretty rude as well and to charge $140 for a consultation is ridiculous!!! I decided to go to the international travel vaccination centre where the receptionist was lovely and addressed all questions and much cheaper.

I think that this is the worse place to get a vaccine ever. Its really expensive, just over 200 hundrer dollar for just 1 vaccine. Dont go please. READ THIS BEFORE GOING IF YOU DONT WANNA LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY

Please research and find out the cost before you visit this place !

I wish I had read these reviews before attending this clinic, as my experience was consistent with others experiences. I would not recommend this clinic.

Excellent service, had all vaccines available when I came in.
