Welcome to Treasure Cove Jewellers. '
I began making jewellery when i was fourteen in my mothers shop Briolette in Canberra. After completing year 12 i decided that i would like to work in the family business and started an apprenticeship, In my second year i entered an 18ct yellow, white and rose gold brooch /pendant set with white, pink and champagne coloured diamonds ("Kimberley Blooming") into the 2002 GAA Australian Gemstone Design Awards. To my absolute surprise i won the JW Clements coloured diamnd award and went on to win the Supreme Winner award against some of Australias top jewellers. The same year i also entered the JAA Australian Design Awards with an Australian green sapphire and diamnd set pendant, ("Rivergum"), making finalist.
In 2004 i once again entered a peice into the Jewellers Association of Australia awards held in Sydney. The pendant ("Anakie Hues") set with a skin polished parti-coloured sapphire. and diamonds. It won the Sapphex Coloured Gemstone Design Award.
In 2005 I entered an opal and diamond necklace ("Bewitching") into the International Opal Design Awards winning the overall award and being the first time winning an International jewellery award.

In 2006, I began manufacturing handmade Australian opal and pearl jewellery appealing to each end of the market for Briolette to export to the USA.

I now operate as an independant designer & manufacturer of fine jewellery working for individual clients and well respected jewellery stores.

We are very excited about our new venture in the local area, providing superior workmanship and customer focus with the convenience of a pick up and drop off service.

It is our aim to become your preferred local family jeweller in the Bay & Basin area.
