Based on his passion and drive associated with working with people, Kon has developed a broad foundation of skills, and the scope of these qualifications has paved a satisfying and gratifying career in Customer Service for him. He is a firm believer in ‘Life-long Learning’ and in 2009, Kon returned to TAFE NSW and acquired qualifications in (Certificate 4 and Diploma) Human Resources Management. Kon is also a qualified Trainer- Certificate 4 Training and Assessment, and also has qualifications in Customer Contact, Certificate 4 Frontline Management and Certificate 4 Celebrancy. In 2014 Kon completed Voice Over training at The Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS), in Sydney.
