Taxi / Uber / drive | we're a brief 10 min / 5km drive from the city over Anzac Bridge and down Victoria Road. Just before the Iron Cove Bridge turn right onto Terry Street, then we're the building by the second roundabout.
Bus | catch a bus from Town Hall to Victoria Road, getting off at Terry St which is the last stop before the Iron Cove Bridge. Walk 350 metres from stop to shop.
Parking | available on Terry St and side streets. If your class runs for 2 hours or more watch out for parking limits. For parking longer than 2 hours park near Balmain Secondary School.
Cancellation policy 7 or more days, credit given for a future class within 12 months, transferrable. Less than 7 days, no refund or credit note but you can transfer your class to a friend.

Requested an online quote for some bulk custom chocolates through their website for my wedding I didn’t receive a response - not even an out of office reply or acknowledgment that my request had been received...after waiting a week I posted on their Facebook page which was also ignored for almost a week. After almost a week I was told they only process admin requests once a week and the week before they were away from the office for a personal matter and they would respond the next week (which I thought was fair enough so I waited ) but the next week came and the next week after that without a response I had now waited almost three weeks.

I chased it up again on Facebook messenger - this time I happened to mention that the lack of communication and customer service was really starting to frustrate and disappoint me. They ignored the message for about a day and half.

I was then met with the horrible obnoxious unprofessional attitude of a woman named Lis.

There was no apology for the delay, lack of customer service or communication. In fact she decided she just didn’t want to do my quote at all because apparently she just didn’t want to - she had decided she didn’t like me and my mentioning that I was disappointed and frustrated had offended her as I should be more understanding of an issue going on in her personal life that I really don’t know anything about.

Is there a customer on earth that would not be frustrated and disappointed after being ignored and treated like that?

As a vegan I choose to support small

vegan businesses because I believe

in them and I want them to succeed but I will never again support this business - you seem to want the business but aren’t prepared to do the work.

I am absolutely appalled by treat dreams lack of professionalism and horribly disappointed by the way I was spoken to and the way they handled this matter.

No one who knows how to professionally run a successful business would ever dream of treating a paying customer this way.

Everyone BEWARE before dealing with this place.
