Unfortunately our experience eating at Treehouse was a bit of a disaster. On arrival we were seated at a high bar table in a walkway and had people pushing past us. So we asked to be moved to another table. The meals came out at different times due to poor communication between pizza station and kitchen - pizzas first, then my friend had to wait 10 minutes for her steak. The waitress said she had organised free fries due to the bad timing - which never arrived. And to top things off I had a hair in my pizza. I told the waitress and the manager only took 20% off my pizza (a $5 discount) which I felt was very stingy seeing as my whole meal was ruined. I understand restaurants can have a bad night, but this experience was very offputting.
