I went in yesterday with a bit of a hair disaster. Jordana took time to talk with me about the options and then did a beautiful colour. I loved the service; Jordana was fabulous so now I'm booked in for a cut on Thursday.☺

Love this salon, definitely one of the best in Sydney! Everyone is always really friendly, welcoming and professional and I always love my hair after visiting the salon and make it feel personalised to my needs. Thanks again Tribe :)

I've had the worst hair cut of my life by a master stylist at this salon a week ago. My naturally full medium textured hair (that is probably the easiest hair to cut) has uneven short layers and looks like a mullet because they must have taken a razor to the ends of my hair. This is the second bad experience I have had at this salon. I have just had my hair fixed by putting in extensions! My hair extension stylist confirmed my fears about my hair and can not believe that a master stylist did a job that even I could do better at home! Save your money, confidence and mental stability and do some research before you commit!

asked for a treatment against dry hair and a simple blow dry. the treatment was less than 4 min on the clock, they did not even bother to explain me what they were doing. the person who had to dry my hair was not even able to avoid hurting me and do a simple blow dry. had to go to another saloon right after

Fabulous wash and blow dry! Friendly staff, great service, they really go the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated! And we're so accommodating fitting me in last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you Tribe!

Great colour but prohibitive in terms of cost. I had a half head of foils, a trim and blow-dry for a salon rate of $387. I don't think that's reasonable and if that is going to be the cost the salon charges, then I think the salon should say "we are going to charge you ballpark $400". I won't make that mistake again and if you feel the same, hopefully this review will have given you the heads up before venturing in.

I had a really bad experience - for the price it's just not worth it. My hair is now breaking after bleach was put in my hair with out me knowing about it. Not the standard I would expect. Spoke to the manager (after chasing her - did not call when she said he would) and she ended up trying to put the blame on me which got me really upset (it's takes a lot for me to give feedback I have never told a hair dresser I was have not been happy before) For a high end salon I would have expected them to look at my hair and talk through options about what was needed to get the colour I wanted or look at what was previously done as records were on file about not using bleach on my hair. I also paid extra for a treatment which did not help.

Really enjoyed my hair cut here. Had a nice relaxing time and came out with a good cut. The tea was nice too. Will be going back!
