I had always thought that the body, the mind and spirit had to be in harmony, and don't get me wrong, in this existence the three of them working together can make the discovery and experiences in this life more readily accessible. However my life leans more to the development and growth of the spirit, through understanding, love and services. that doesn't mean I am some transformed pussycat ! I still have to deal with the reality of living in the real world, just have access to do it better I guess
