Great medical center, nice staff, Dr. Jennifer Martinez is a great doctor! She explained things to me and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this medical center to anyone looking around Merrylands.

Staff were friendly and helpful, was only a short wait till I was seen by Dr Shankar who was very professional and concise!

Great medical centre and excellent clinical staff. Every single member of the clinical team have always been respectful and helpful. Some people might need a reminder of the volume of patients that go through busy medical centres on a daily basis! Humility goes a long way. Keep up the good work!

Please look for another GP. One of the worst Receptionist. Booked an appointment at 6PM. Arrived at 5.50PM straight after days work (sick) and fill in the new patient form. Waited until 6.40pm. Went back to receptionist to say we had an appointment at 6PM.

Got reply - " 6PM appointment doesn't necessarily mean doctor will attend you on time. She will decide when to see you and also there are 3 patients in front of you" . No apology for delay or request to wait some more time. Grumpy receptionist. Left the hospital without seeing the doctor (Dr. Alagan). There are loads of other GP's who schedule properly and their receptionist are polite enough.

My experience with this medical centre is ssoooo bad. The waiting time is very long even if I make an appointment. The receptionists are unscrupulous they played with the files, they put people before me. I have discussed this issue with someone of them and I talked to the manager about unrespectful treating but still happening. Today I went to see the doctor at 9.30 and I did leave at 11.45 without seeing the doctor but the problem was when receptionist Karen and Suzy laughed when they saw me leaving. The biggest problem today was when the nurse in the treatment room put my file in the end of the files because the woman inside asked her to do that. Horrible...

waiting times are a joke like most places, wait over a hour to see dr for 30 seconds as there trying to get rid of you an rarely listen to what ailments you have, asked me twice if im allergic to any meds, replied no!!, then didnt even prescribe anything waste of time, always kids screaming an receptionists are just as loud.

Went there for the first time today and was very happy! After visiting horrible medical centres in the area, coming here was heavenly. The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was stressed about being sick but the environment is very calming :) i will keep going here!
