Trivett Alexandria

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my 2017 Range Rover to be repaired. The service department keep making promises about when the car will be repaired but they have not made any progress.
I was promised a courtesy car from Range Rover but they did not go ahead with this.
I keep speaking and dealing with different people over the phone. There is no consistency with what is being said to me.
When I went to purchase the car they were very helpful but seems like when they have made the sale, the service goes down hill.
I am very frustrated and disappointed with the level of service they have provided me. Unprofessional service department.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They want your money and for any after sales staff they completely ignore you, go to another dealer, these guys dont look after you at all

I had the most amazing experience at Trivett Alexandria!! This is a great dealership and they were attentive to my every need! I will definitely be buying my next car here also. 10/10

Sorry to say that as I read the poor feedback about your lack of customer service that I find this alarming real!
I cannot believe you represent Jaguar in Sydney and fail to provide any acceptable Customer Service to your customers.
I just purchased a Jag as well like a few other customers expressing their customer service concerns below disappointment below and the only reason I decided to write this poor feedback is because IT's ALARMING TRUE!
Hello. Is anyone there? I have left 2 messages over the past 6 weeks and have had no response from your customer service team. Just left another message after a long hold time this morning. Here’s to “3rd time lucky” that someone will return my call.

When you come into this place it's quite welcoming, whilst you consider your options the Staff in our experience Young Daniel. Have is the impression that it's a privilege for you to be there to purchase a car.
Trying to arrange another test drive proved an experience of go see second hand and then being referred back to new sales.
So after not feeling any love we went to another dealer in Artarmon and were treated much better, buying a brand new car.

bought a car from these guys and their customer service is shocking! All nice at the beginning when they want your money but when you want to cancel something, they don't respond and just disappear off the planet. They keep passing you around within their team and never get anything done but take your money! Do not go to these guys to buy a car, would not recommend them at all even though they say they have a reputation to fulfill. These guys are the worst and I will never ever go back to them!!!
