Only been here for servicing. At the least I would expect them to seek my authorisation to conduct any works additional to the service I requested. However I was slugged an extra $200 for air conditioning treatment, which isn't even a change of filter or anything.. it sounds quite superfluous to be honest

Although it was a Saturday a day guaranteed to be busy, almost immediately we were greeted by a salesman who helped us and provided information.
Also eventually it was evident we were too indecisive we still were given the time of the day.
