If you are inter market for a car the worst thing that you can possibly do is go to Trivett. They lie right from the start and it goes downhill from there. I think that they invented the phrase CON ARTIST because that's exactly what they are. Just don't go there because you will be a victim just like I was.

Purchased a new car today from Trivett Honda Parramatta, we dealt with Salesman, Gaurav Kataria (Gary) he was extremely professional. His customer service was exceptional and he was only interested in getting us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Gaurav and would certainly deal with him again.

Worst experience, i went to the store along with a friend, the sales person tried his best first impression, then when we were not okay with the price and were discussing it he snapped at us, very rude and arrogant behavior, am not sure of his name but he is from Nepal, then later he followed up 3 times over phone and message and we already lost interest. He was trying to cross sell other stuff which we need time to think about, but he said we have to decide now and only then he can take us to the Finance guys.
Small lecture on Customer Service, do not show bad attitude to your customer or they gonna show you a middle finger.

1 star is not worth this place after the service I received today OVER THE PHONE! I wonder how bad it would have been if a had actually gone in!
I called to check if they had the odyssey vti 8 seater in there show room for me to have a look at. I got a man on the phone (I wish I got his name) I told him my enquiry, he then asked me for my name, I gave him my name and spelled it out. Then he asked me for my number, I thought well that's weird but then I thought maybe he's going to call me back, so I asked him. He said no, so I asked why do you need my number, his response was "you calling me for information and I can't ask you for yours"!
I couldn't believe it! So I thanked him for his time and hung up.

You are a provider! I'm not asking for your personal details I'm asking if you have a car in your showrooms! When I called Peter warren they didn't ask for this information until they needed to call me back!

If you don't wanna be in a business that serves customers then find yourself another job.

Salesman wasn't too bad, friendly and helpful. P

At the same time, beware of potential hidden charges and fees if you are going to do any finance or insurance through them, they will not give you details even if you ask very specific questions, its easy to do yourself and you will not only save but also have a peace of mind.
