Trivett Land Rover Parramatta

My husband and I bought used car from this branch, and couldn't be happier with the service. We were looked after by one of the sales person, his name was Long. He was very helpful and very assertive to everything we asked, and he was also very friendly and very kind. He was genuine and he is NOT just like typical sales person that want to get it done kinda person, he never pushes us into buying the car, he gave details about the car's history, and he even taught us all about the car's accessories and features. Thank you Land Rover Parramatta, would definitely go there again one day!

Yesterday I visited Trivett land rover at church street – Parramatta, and I met Ravi from sales section and really was capable to explain and guide me with all the information to purchase a new land rover car. He did a splendid deal, and on top of that he want to business manager and costumer relations manager to recommend me and support me with financial and surface protection. Ravi you are excellent sales person. Although I have not receive the car, I will recommend my family and friend to visit Trivett land rover at Church Street and purchase their car from this dealer. I went to a another dealer initially to enquire about buying a Range Rover Evoque but the deal was done as soon as I spoke to Adam Zachert at Trivett Parramatta. He was polite, knowledgeable and gave me a full explanation on the car. After a test drive and a chat about price, I walked out with a great deal and my dream car. Excellent customer service from the time I sent them the internet inquiry till the time I drove my new car from Trivett Parramatta. The salesperson Long phoned me to discuss the purchase option, and made all the efforts to close the deal successfully with a good trade in for my Mercedes Benz. He looked after us from the time we arrived at Trivett till we left, he was extremely thorough, patient and helpful in his approach. Delivery of the vehicle was seamless along with a surprise hamper gift for my wife who was accompanied with me at the time of purchase. I would highly recommend the place, if you are planning to get a car then go ahead and meet the team.

Happy to sell you a car but very hesitant to help with warranty claims. When the car they promised (on their website) has had Australia's best checks they are unwilling and quick to say they can't help. Finally resolved when I involved NSW Dept of Fair Trading.

A big shout out to Jason Zhang | Business Manager. I would say I was more comfortable talking to him than the Sales guy I was dealing with. He tried his best to help me with numbers that I was after. If I ever go back I would choose to talk Jason. Such a great guy.
