Trivett Mitsubishi Parramatta

One star if far too generous for these incompetent morons. They should be closed down to stop them from ripping off more people. They are liars and cheats and when caught out tell you that it was an innocent mistake. If you are thinking of buying a car don't go to these con artists because you will be ripped off like I did.

Poor customer focus, was left waiting on the phone for over 40 mins just poor customer service overall

I have had a wonderful experience at trivett Mitsubishi with Alex. He showed me through the car exquisitely. He worked the best he could to try and get the car i brought (lancer) into my budget. Would definitely recommend dealing with him in future. I will be a repeat buyer!

Shop around to different dealers but do not buy from Trivett Misubhishi. Alex (salesman) is a cheat who will do everything possible to fool you. There is lot of competition in the market.

I recently bought a used car, where I had also my 45000 Km service.I am very pleased and satisfied with the excellent service given by Huberto, the salesman, a person you can really trust, plus the service of my car in a very competitive rate of charges in comparison to others dealers.
10/10 would recommend.

l called Trivett Mitsubishi Parramatta Servicing to find out why my Lancer, which is still under warranty, is experiencing engine problems. I can't get an appointment until March 2017. I told them if we wait too long it may become a bigger problem to fix. They were not concerned.

I recently went along with my friend to look at upgrading his car - he was nervous to say the least. We were firstly greeted by Craig as we were walking through the back car park - he was booshie AF, just FYI - who initially made us feel comfortable and walked us down to the exact car we were about to test drive!
We then had Sam come out to chat more about the car and take us for a test drive... Immediately we felt comfortable and trusted in both their advise (good salesmen right there given we were very cautious of the typical sales people types). GOOD VIBES ALL ROUND THOUGH!
We had such a amazing experience from our first greeting, to purchasing, to pick up and after sales service!
We didn't feel like just another sale which is what made this experience enjoyable all around - 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks Craig and Sam!!

When i first walked in i was greeted by Sam the new car salesman. He was busy at the time but still went out of his way to greet me when i entered the show room. I did shop around to find the best deal and Sam did his magic and beat the other dealers prices. No other dealer showed the same customer service as Sam did and it was a real pleasure to deal with him. If considering purchasing a new car from them make sure you ask for Sam. You definitely wont be sorry you had him as you're sales representative when purchasing your new car. Thanks Sam. You are a real asset to Paramatta Mitsubishi.

I picked up my new car today but it all started a week ago when I walked into Parramatta Mitsubishi and was greeted by a nice guy named Sam he is so cool, friendly and helpful for example Sam with some help from other sales people moved all the cars around the showroom to get my particular car out to test drive which was at the back of the showroom. Also I would like to say a big thank you to Philip and Craig. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to go in a see the team at Parramatta Mitsubishi. Keep up the fantastic work guys.
