Trivett Subaru Parramatta

We walked in and ready to buy a car, but nobody serviced us at all for about 20 mins.
Finally someone called bo or ho served us, but he was keeping asking us to choose a colour, instead of telling us anything on the specs and features, and he was trying to force us into a deal straight away. When I requested to have a test drive, he refused immediately and said it's a waste of his time if we are not buying that day.
RUDE, ARROGANT and with little knowledge about the products they are selling !!! Total Disappointment !!!

It is a nice gesture to leave an response to my review, but I am taking the business elsewhere.

Very good service from Andrew Falvo. He didn't push for a sale and was very courteous and polite.

I recently purchased my pre loved car from Trivett Subaru Parramatta and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provide by my consultant Bo Kiss.

Despite my NUMEROUS concerns, uncertainties, questions, and general paranoia, Bo was patient and informative throughout the sales process, and not once did I feel like I was being rushed into a deal.

Even after I'd purchased the car, Bo continued to communicate with me to ensure that some minor issues (missing sd card and blind spot monitoring) were addressed promptly and professionally.

In my dealings I also had brief encounters with Bo's colleagues Courtney, Seelan, Brandon, and Meshack whom were also really friendly and helpful as well. So, if you like friendly, helpful and honest customer service I'd definitely recommend buying a new or used car from Trivett Subaru Parramatta (if you get Bo that will be a plus).

Garry greeted us the moment we entered and walked through us the entire journey from start to end. He wasn't pushing any sale on to us, giving us all the information we needed to make our own decision. Went through the effort of finding the exact make, model and colour we wanted, organised a test drive for us, overall made it comfortable for us to come to the decision by ourselves.

Michael was also very helpful in securing a good deal for us, working with us closely to get what we wanted.

Garry and Michael kept me updated with the progress of the car (since it wasn't in stock at the time) and also followed up with me on their own time to make sure everything was going fine even after getting the car.

Overall a good end to end customer journey

I had an excellent experience from start to finish in regards to my recent car purchase. Within 30 seconds of walking in a salesman (Garry, and later Bin) was in discussion with me, who then stayed with me throughout the sale process. Truly a lovely team that were happy to see me in my new car. Trade in value was fair and open to some negotiation on final price, which was very much appreciated. Thanks again guys, really good stuff.

I've recently purchased a vehicle and I was exceptionally pleased with the sales team customer service focus. From the moment I walked into the car yard I felt welcomed with their positive attitude. They didn't approach me like many other sales team from other brands eg wanting your wallet straight away and not listening to what you need. Over here they had taken their time to discuss and listen carefully as to what type of car your looking for. Also it seems like a positive environment in their work place which makes me comfortable when going through the process of purchasing. I would recommend everyone to visit Trivett Subaru Parramatta if your keen to purchase a car as you won't receive any other second to none customer service anywhere else. Guaranteed

These people lied and tried to force me to sign with no benefit to me only for them to get their commission and quota in. When I told them the car hasn't got the accessories fitted yet they expected me to take the car and come back for the fitted parts. When I refused delivery until this was done the Sales Manager Sherrie calls me her worst customer ever and got verbally angry I wouldn't accept her terms. Other dealers were begging for my business but I wanted to stay local. Next time I'll know it pays to shop.
My sales guy was a trainee but was great, when things went wrong they all blamed the poor trainee who left soon after. Extended warranty is a joke and only applies when you use Denlo who are expensive and atrocious to deal with at times. When I returned to the dealership I asked the new team the same question as before, can I take my car to any mechanic and the response was yes again, as they thought I wanted to buy a car. I then come clean and said I went to Denlo with this info and they declined the extended warranty because I chose my mechanic. The sales guy choked and ran before a senior sales guy appeared. When I explained my predicament and caught them out lying he told me it was my choice to buy the car from them so go away!
I had to drive to Moorebank and Fishwick to get extras like jackets, hats and med kits. Denlo couldn't care less.
I have had 3 recalls and 3 defects on the car in one year which I can forget and live with but I will never forget the uncouth staff at Parramatta Subaru.
I buy new company 4 cars every 10 years and they won't get a second one from me as I'm back to Mazda.

Today was our second experience purchasing a car from Denlo Subaru and once again it was an awesome experience. Every single staff member there went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we got the best possible deal.

A massive shout out to Courtney who forfeited her entire Sunday in helping us out and Steph who was extremely patient with us whilst we changed our minds on accessories 20,000 times.

Loving our new Forester TS picked up last weekend from Denlo Subaru. The team were helpful and worked with us; so much so that we're planning on buying a second car in July from them. Handover of the new car was great - we had double booked ourselves so were very rushed, but the team managed to still make it feel special and exciting.

We had a delightful experience purchasing our new Outback. Sales staff were great to deal with and the car was personally delivered in immaculate condition. Thanks for all your assistance. Enjoying the new ride!
