Incredible service, had a flat rear this morning, within a couple hours they'd arranged pickup and a new Pirelli on the back. Was back on the road before lunch. Well done Troy, Cristo and the team, really appreciate the effort guys! Definitely don't get this level of service elsewhere.

Just purchased an r3 today. Went through negotiation on phone and then came and picked it up. Team was extremely helpful and gave us a good price! Was served by troy who was great and gave us everything we needed then up to accessories for a new helmet. Greg served us up there and was extremely helpful. He found the exact helmet I needed and gave a rundown of care etc. Definitely using these guys forever as they were simply great. Recommended it 200%

For the past week i have been going thru the motions of purchasing a brand new MT 07 which I finally picked up today and i couldn't be happier with the purchase, cost, uniquely rare and honest customer service " MTroy & 2stroke Christos " and the rest of the staff for giving the place a real engaging Yamaha vibe.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and is defiantly the first place I'll go for when purchasing a another bike. I've been to 3 other competitor dealerships before Trooper Lu and its the only one that i felt that they also work for you..... And not just for their employer.... So if your looking for a bike, speak to Troy or Christos and then you'll probably end up writing a review like me too.....

I ran a Yamaha dealership for several years & was very particular as to which dealership I would buy my bike from. Especially since I wanted my bike highly customised with non standard parts. This sort of work requires skilled & competent mechanics.

I can confidently say that I was thrilled with the service I received by the staff at Trooper Lu's. I thoroughly checked all work conducted & to my delight, all was was beyond my expectations. The owner even came out to talk to me & share with me some of their custom builds.

Christos did an excellent job helping me through the purchase & Troy was also very helpful. The parts team are very friendly & have a great system of discounts & notifications when backordered products arrive.

I'm super happy with my purchase I would happily & highly recommend them to anyone after great products.

Fantastic service! I bought a new motorbike earlier this year and the guys were really helpful and friendly. Today I went to see them as I was concerned my bike wasn't performing properly and they bent over backwards to understand what I was concerned about and to find a solution. Their customer service is brilliant, from the sales team to parts/accessories to the mechanics. Highly recommend them
