True Protein Cacao protein balls π«π Prep time: 15 mins Serves: 12 . An easy high energy recipe that stores and lasts for weeks in the fridge to keep your power supplies full and strong.... . Ingredients 1 Scoops TRUE PROTEIN OATS & WHEY 4 scoops TRUE PROTEIN CACAO 8 whole pitted medajool dates, roughly chopped 1 cup cashews 1 cup walnuts 1 cup pistachios Β½ cup currants Β½ cup pine nuts 1 tbsp lupin flakes 1 tbsp flax seeds 1/3 cup water Β½ cup hemp seeds to roll balls in. . Method 1. In a large food processor bowl, add all ingredients except hemp seeds and blitz until well combined, adding water until mixture βgluesβ together but is not watery or too wet. 2. Working with wet hands, scoop 1 heaped tbs worth of mixture and roll into perfect little balls and place into a tray lined with baking paper and hemp seeds. 3. Roll in seeds until well covered then store in an airtight jar in the fridge. 4. These will keep for weeks and a re a great source of clean fuel.

What a winter warmer, brimming with nutrients and the goodness of Turmericβs healing powers! . Ingredients 1 Tbs Olive oil 1 leek, white part only, washed and finely sliced 4 celery stalks, roughly chopped 4 cloves Garlic, finely sliced Β½ cup Sage leaves. finely sliced 800gms Butternut Pumpkin, peeled and roughly chopped into 5 cm dice 1.5 lt Homemade chicken stock (store bought is fine, try source an organic low sodium one) 4 bay leafs 1 scoop TRUE TURMERIC powder 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg S + P Olive oil, toasted pepita seeds to serve . Method 1. Heat oil in a large, heavy based pot on a medium high heat. 2. Add leek, celery, garlic and sage. Cook stirring constantly for 4-5 mins until translucent and fragrant. 3. Add pumpkin, cooking for a further 5 minutes until slightly softened. 4. Pour in stock, bay, turmeric, nutmeg, stir well to combine, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25 mins until pumpkin is soft and mushy. 5. Remove from heat and using a stick blender, puree until super smooth. 6. Season well with Salt and pepper then serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Pepitas.
