We came down from Canberra and Mr Tsolakis helped us buy our apartment at Bondi. He knew the area and what to look for in the contract and we got the prices down a bit. He also sorted out a very grubby agent. The bad reviewers here must be fakes or people he has run over stsicking up for his clients.
Wife went in and waited to ask for JP service for several documents. He came and see my wife and checked on the documents but did not mention about the fee.
By the time he wanted to JP, he asked for $30 fee. Wife refused to pay and he started become abusive.
