Tuggerah Lakes Physical Culture Club

Physical Culture is a fun, inexpensive sport for women and girls of all ages! It combines the Cardio of Aerobics, the Muscle Toning of Yoga or Pilates and the Grace and Technique of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.

Tuggerah Lakes is a club of 25 years, as part of the Edith Parsons Physical Culture Club. The Edith Parsons school has been running for over 50 years!
