Tuggerah Medical Centre

I've had nothing but a terrible experience with staff from this clinic. I recall being in much pain for weeks after suffering with sciatica and the doctor laughed and said “If you were able to come to the medical centre today, it can’t be that bad”. I’ve also had to last time deal with a receptionist who was literally screaming over the phone to me about how she worked at four medical clinics and couldn’t remember my doctor’s name. I’ve confided to the manager about my concerns, but she completely ignored me and didn’t take me seriously whatsoever. Luckily my friends on the coast have recommended many other great medical centres whose staff take care of their patients, and actually take concerns seriously.

I would highly recommend any of the doctors at this medical centre. They are all very professional and I appreciate how thorough they are and I never feel rushed. I especially recommend them to anyone with kids. The really are amazing with mine and my kids actually like going to see the doctor.
It is also worth a mention that the reception staff are very friendly and it is so nice to be greeted with a friendly smiling face.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the practice manager.The doctors are very professional and caring to my two children. So happy to have such great doctors looking after us.

0 STARS! The doctor I have been seeing is so disrespectful and down right horrible. Today he laughed in my face several times, pushed his personal views on me and continuously bullied me until I agreed with his view. He has discriminated against me and refused to accept I did not want to take certain medications (which I chose to go cold turkey from when he refused to respect my choices) He has been very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable on several different occasions. I will never go back to this practice. This is not the first time I have been treated this was by this doctor and I have also been treated horribly by a nurse at the practice. They book appointments and then fail to have results, wasting my time and money. I 100% believe they are aware of these behaviours and condone them. Please find a doctor elsewhere if you want really medical care.

Disgusted with my treatment by this medical centre. A nurse phoned me to give me a test result yesterday (25/05) She did not even identify herself as being a nurse on the phone or ask me if it was ok to give me the result over the phone and just told me. I did not want to speak to a nurse unidentified at all about my test results ONLY my doctor. Where is patient care and consideration? Absolutely disgraceful!

Rude and unfriendly staff. The doctor I see is always extremely rude and hostile to me despite the fact I am always polite and respectful towards them. I tried to talk to the clinic manager about it, but she just ignored my concerns. I've had much better experience at other medical clinics where the staff are much more considerate of their patients.

If you want the consistency of dealing with one doctor, you won't get it at this practice.
