Tune The Driver Description
Driving is a subject which every driver has an opinion about. Some want higher speed limits, better driver training. Others feel that the Govt. is simply revenue raising. Drivers will question the accuracy of Police speed detection equipment and yet trust their own speedo or GPS in their phone. I've never seen a happy driver receiving a speeding ticket - and I've had my fair share. There's always an excuse or belief that you were speeding safely or you may have known what you were doing - and I've had those excuses and beliefs myself. The truth is that you can't have separate rules and limits for every driver - that would be mayhem. Road rules are designed so that all road users can use the roads as safely and efficiently as possible - provided that everyone plays fair.
Since becoming involved in Motorsport I've come to learn lots of new things - and I've got more to learn and will never stop learning. Learning's not over once you get your licence - it's just starting and no matter how good you think you are, you can always be better. Driving on the road can be fun too - even within the limitations of the road rules. Believe it or not, there are rules for racing too, and even speed limits.
