I bought a road bike here. I had an issue with it and the staff were supportive and courteous throughout the whole process despite my frustrations. Contrary to reviews below, communication is good. I've been a customer at many bike stores and this is one of the best ones in Sydney, it's well worth the travel from other parts of Sydney, particularly from the Hills District.
