Turramurra Music Centre

Made a special trip in order to try out and most likely purchase a guitar clearly advertised on their website. Got there to be advised that not only is the guitar not in stock, but "with the way things are with Gibson, we're not likely to get another one". So why have it listed on your website at the cheapest price for the model in Sydney? It is not good enough to be told that the stock you advertise is for "stuff that we can usually get in" (although even that contradicts the previous remark regarding Gibson). What possible reason could there be for luring people into your store with an incredible price on a guitar that you don't have and freely admit will not have again? What a shabby deception.
I left the store before the bait and switch could be effected. Immensely disappointed and annoyed. It's little wonder people are abandoning the bricks and mortar stores.

Very helpful. They go the second mile & it doesn't matter the amount you spend. I needed a $5 Behringer spare part. They ordered it in & delivered it within several working days. Very satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work!

Love this store. Has every conceivable music product and most of them in stock. Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are only a bit intimidating which is great for a music amateur like me.

I've been shopping at Turra Music for over 30 years. Every bit of advice has been invaluable, nothing was ever a problem, every product has been sensational and the prices have always been unbeatable. And I reckon the current team is the best yet. I just love this place!

Very helpful in terms of gear talk for pedals and amps. Gave alot of there time to me to explain what amps would be a good suit to me. Staff were helpful and nice. The only music shop I'll get my stuff from

Dropped guitar off for full service and restring by Dave Scotland and didnt get it back for over 2.5 weeks despite ringing regularly. Wasnt that impressed with the result either.
On 2 other occasions wanted to buy items which were not in stock, but would be "within a week". Never got follow up call as promised. The shop has a good range but be sure to shop around for the best price as Turramurra Music's prices can be higher than elsewhere.

Thanks Matt, but Ive decided to have a full setup done by a luthier with 1 day turnaround and compare the results with yours. I like your shop and has plenty friendly staff, and products but it seems in the mass operation an eye for detail may be lost.

I bougth a Kawai Digital Piano with Mark and he made a very good price. They delivered it within a week and Mark kept me updated all the time. I would recommend them to someone looking for a good deal.

Best experience i have had with a music shop. Emailed and requested an item that was special order, within 3 days it had arrived and recieved a text message advising it was ready for collection. Collected the next day! Customer service was great and the price was fantastic!
