To purchase from our page simply comment SOLD with your email address, size, colour and if its shipping to New Zealand or Australia on the photo. An invoice will be sent with payment details. all our prices are listed in australian dollars, we will convert into nz dollars on your invoice : )

PAYMENT
Payment can only be made by INTERNET TRANSFER , we have a bank account with commonwealth for our australian customers and a ASB account for our New Zealand customers. please note, when paying your invoice please use your Facebook name as your reference code. Payment or payment notification is required within 48hours of receiving invoice. all outstanding invoices after 48hours will be cancelled without notice.

AUSTRALIA- Small accessories booties, headbands etc $2. 50, other items up to 500g is $8. 50 and 500g-3kg $12. 50
These shipping cost do not include insurance. Insurance can be added for an additional price. Tutu Pretty boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in the post sorry.

NEW ZEALAND- small items, headbands etc up to 250g $3. 50, parcels up to 500g $11. 00, for all other weights and sizes please private mail or email.

<3 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION <3
Once payment has been made we can not cancel or refund orders.
Refunds are only given on faulty items, please make contact with the team within 7days of the item being received.


we recommend all items purchased from pretty boutique to be HAND WASHED only as some fabrics are very delicate. : )
