Friendly staff, awesome food and coffee. Great owners who are always up for a chat. Only thing missing is a bearded barista but movember is worth the cause 🙏👨

Breakfast is really nice here and the coffee is good. It is a little bit pricy though.

*Two Doors Up is breakfast cafe by morning, pide house by lunch, and bar on Friday nights only. This review is for a very quiet weekday brunch-for-two.

+ Sitting environment
+ Acceptable coffee and fare (if not unique or remarkable)
+ Staff were polite and well mannered
+ Newspapers and lounge chairs available for the urban nomad

- Breakfast finishes early
- Sucuk (Turkish sausage) pide contained a tasty salami but zero actual Sucuk
- Plate fell into entropy waiting for waitstaff to clear it so I returned it myself
- The gentleman taking orders needs training (two separate pads, a till, math scribble, a calculator and multiple trips to consult the kitchen was a bit much for two mains and coffee)

Overall impression:
Two Doors Up has potential if it figures out what it wants to be good at; there are better, established choices for authentic pide in the Wollongong area and their cumbersome bar is seldom open.

Go there if you reside locally as the name suggests, or for brekky and caffeine if you are passing through.

There's nothing remarkable going on here but you won't leave offended either.
