Bought a balance bike for my daughter and a few bits as I maintain my own bikes. Good prices and excellent customer service. Wish I had found the shop sooner!

Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would 100% reccomend. Bought my first bike (hybrid) 3 months ago to test the waters and just bought my second more serious bike this week. Finally met the two monkeys when I picked up my new bike, top blokes. Also visit the Alexandria store at times and it's just as good. Fantastic prices and they don't up-sell just for the sake of it which I appreciated. Thanks 🚴💨

Brought my bike in as I was struggling with my climbing and 90km plus rides. Dave took his time to listen to my concerns and explained the Pros and Cons with each possible solution. In the end, I opted for compact gearing. This morning I smashed 5 minutes on the same ride I did on 3 days ago. Thank you TMC!!!!

The customer service guy was too busy talking to another customer and serving coffee. Is this a coffee shop or bike shop?. If you are selling coffee, normally means you are struggling as a bike shop!

When I wanted to test ride a bike, he said I had to book and come back as they need to set it on the trainer. The trainer was available for crying out loud!. Very snobby. Very lazy.

Too bad, I took my $9000 somewhere else.

Cannot fault these guys. I had a fantastic customer experience with them and would rather bring my bike from the CBD to them because I know I'm in safe hands.

Best service in Sydney! Jeff the mechanic could tell me the year and origin of my old Apollo and went to the trouble of finding parts out of his own shed so he could have my bike fixed in less than 24 hours!! Great experience, bunch of deadset legends -10/10.

Great shop with with a good rage of products. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people that are happy to have a chat and to give advice.

Good coffee too.
