BMW got our new car purchase, no follow up, never made us feel welcomed, sales personnel seemed disinterested.

Fantastic experiences are a norm at Tynan Mercedes. I not only purchased my car because of a great buying experience with Joel, I've also recommended friends and family to go to Tynan. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

Terrible service. Gave them a call, then put me on hold and never called back.
Some of the staff don't even care or don't know what they're doing. Lack of knowledge about the cars.
The staff just talk to each other and sit around while customers are waiting to be served.
I'm here to buy a Mercedes not a Toyota, so I do expect good service and I'm pretty sure that Toyota Dealerships have better service.

SarahM* Chris , the front of house manager's customer was always helpful to at least promising me that they would with what has been a completely botched repair that they have very well known about and still has not been fixed by this company is all but been a total waste of money , my time and left me without a car to drive has been nothing short of horrendous.
My car has been left sitting there for several weeks at a time , 1 time this year already not even looked at after promised , the second attempt promised and after no update after 2 weeks walked in to find no attempt made quickly took at look at the engine there and then to tell me that my steering pump needed replacing when it did not after having to confirm this with the NRMA and my family's trusted mechanic who works on all our Mercedes Benz but to also find they broke my engine cover and left my car without an engine oil cap that they also broke and still have not replaced (8 weeks later) I am livid that on a third and final chance I give them yet again to fix a $5000 gasket rebuild that is the result from an improper installation and left me now with no car to drive had to be picked up from Mercedes Benz Miranda and towed back home to me after yet again they would fix the issue and did not is just deplorable and an ordeal that has left me exhausted and devastated.
How can this possibly still go on with even with all the new laws in place in regards to to what should have been a simple ETHICAL and HONEST outcome?
Whether you own a Toyota or a Mercedes Benz Classic car or a new Mercedes Benz should any of these shenanigans still be going on at the customer's expense.
Deplorable, and pull the other leg while you're at it.

Just picked up my New GLC 250. Excellent. Spoke to Jimmy and who was very helpful. He new all about the car feature which is what sold it for me. They went out of there way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. I can't fault them. Excellent job Jimmy. Keep up the good work Tynans.

I think they have noticed the reviews and are listening, which is what we want.

Went into tynan to purchase a new A200 about 3 weeks ago, spoke to Jimmy who at the time was helpful. I went for a test drive and told him I was ready to purchase ASAP, he said he would get back to me straight away with a car. I am not sure if it was because I was a girl or he didnt take me seriously but I never heard from him. Not one follow up call. 3 days later I went to Mercedes Benz sydney who found me the perfect car at a much cheaper price. I was so happy with their service I not only bought myself an A200 AMG but also my mum an A180 which weare both driving now. Really disappointed with the lack of service.

Bought my car and would buy again if I can. Highly recommended. Very competitive prices.

Missed out on sale today due to the unprofessional approach by sales team . Arrogant and ignorant best way to describe them. They are local but a true disappointment to the Mercedez brand. Mrs M Tynan claims her sales people are great, not sure how she is benchmarking them. However they would not pass customer care factor with my businesses.

Just like the other customer said in the review, they advise a good demo car that doesn't exist for you to call them. They will call you and tell you the car is sold and ask you what cars you are after. very doggy

The A200 is a good package with the tools to retain existing owners looking to update and lure new customers to the brand with its gorgeous, premium interior and cutting edge user interface.
