'I took my Subaru Forester to Tynan Wollongong to have the Sat Nav updated, but after this it the stopped talking. 2 Attempts to get it resolved with no luck, Tynan Wollongong explained they are waiting for Subaru to provide the fix. I understand things happen, but I am more annoyed because after 2 phones calls to get answers, Tynan Wollongong keep promising to call me back but they NEVER do...

Hires only stereotypical used car sales people gauging by the service received.

No feedback for over a month on parts that were to be replaced under warranty. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone on hold and being transferred between dept's, ultimately not getting an answer and required to be called back....useless but consistent with previous experience

Lauren was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all the questions we asked and made the whole experience very painless. Thank you very much

Had a very good experience at Tynan Motors Wollongong, with a no-fuss trade-in and subsequent purchase of a new Subaru. From openly providing information pre-sale without obligation to buy, to making the process so easy once we had made the decision to proceed. Didn't endure the typical "car-salesman" types and would definitely recommend Tynan Wollongong to others because of this alone. Praise all the way for Lauren and the team!

Tried to trade and buy Subaru in my home town. Didn't meet expectation. Lauren from Tynan motors took the task and supplied a great trade and purchase price. I only had to drive to Wollongong to drop off trade and pick up new outback. Fantastic service and friendly dealership.
