OUR FAMOUS DAILY ULTIMATE TRAINING (DUT) AND MORE ❤️

🎉 Tonight we have our first Woman’s Only Self Defence Class with Coach Natasha at 6.30pm!
🔺 Natasha’s athletic foundation began from years of competitive gymnastics before being drafted for the Fast-Track Program at the Australian Institute of Sport for Boxing and Judo, where she developed a strong affinity and respect for combat sports. Soon after, Natasha’s husband introduced her to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) to cross-train with judo. She has since been committed to the sport, broadening knowledge and refining techniques through her training partners and mentors, sport specific strength and conditioning, and wrestling. Natasha’s goal at UFC Rockdale is to mindfully create a supportive community of empowered women through BJJ and see people grow through the burgeoning “gentle art”.
