Really very bad service. Just spent half an hour here trying to get some help.

Very rude staff. Guess it's common perception. Then UGG Australia, what are you doing? Guess arrogance is a culture in this company? Recommend everyone to read about the history of ugg Australia (the American brand)

Very Rude customer service, Not Recommended at all, while shopping , they said we closing the shop, if you really wanna buy i select quickly as i have to fo upstairs to find the product / Correct size.

Rudest customer service you could ever experience. I showed the 'employee' that googled said they closed at 7pm, she said this was a different store then told us to go to level 2, but it was this store and she just wanted to close early. Pathetic
