Delicious burgers and a great atmosphere to chill with friends. Great coffee too. 100% recommend.

Had breakfast. VERY disappointed with the food, & expensive. Had the Shroom Burger. All of the burger was great, except for the mushroom, which was the main ingredient. Mushroom was one whole piece, not sliced, made it very hard to eat. It was also tough & absolutely NO flavor.
Only good thing was the coffee. Will go there again for coffee only, never to eat

The Ugly Mug has absolutely fantastic customer service and the most delicious food in the Hawkesbury. I frequent the place so often it's probably excessive or potentially illegal. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for friendly, personable service, a vibrant atmosphere and a menu full of delicious food options. I'd rate 10/5 if I could!

Ugly mug provides a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. With more space than meets the eye, a coffee lounge, and a wonderful modern lunch and breakfast menu. Whenever your in after the gym for a protein frape or out on a date with your girl. It's always a love spot. Pro tip. Order sourdough with any burger or sandwich choice.
