My name is Stephen Bradbury. After having been in and around the Fitness Industry for the last couple of years, I have discovered the importance of having step by step coaching through all aspects of training. Whether you are looking at losing fat, building muscle or just looking to increase your overall fitness, the importance of having a plan and guideline around all facets of training is crucial to your success.
