Recently 28/9/17: I am not sure of their service; gave a me a long lecture of maintenance of tyre pressure; during Rego inspection changed two front tyres; replaced wind screen wipers; suggested wheel alignment but I had already did WA elsewhere; totally Ultra tune charged me $378 inlcl rego inspection fees. I am doubtful of their authenticity and charges. Yet to find a reliable mechanic Blacktown are.

Booked an oil change during my lunch break. When I got there they quoted over $600 and wanted to keep the car for the day, telling me they need to do a heap of other stuff (having walked around the car once). I asked them to just quote an oil change about a dozen times. Each time he included a heap of other stuff. Eventually got it down to $240. So I left to do the oil change myself ($25 for the oil $15 for the filter and took 20min) . Waste of my time. I wouldn't go back

Went there to change break pads he said I need to change my disc and rotor as well. he quoted me $526. The way guy sound like I knew he is trying to rip me off. So I went to other mechanic he said 'EVERYTHING IS FINE' and my break pad was changed for $150. I was new in this area and looking for my new regular mechanic I guess he will never be one.
