Just went to pick up cake for a 21st for my daughter at Kincumber shop booked last week. On my way to restaurant and cake not there. It was at Umina. I was irate. The owner was called on his mobile. He was into me for being irate. He said I should not be upset at his staff, which I was not but at him . The cake was poor quality . Do not use this bakery . The staff were great , the owner has no idea about customer service

Nothing like good old fashion pastry in a cute store. The owner is on of the nicest person in the world.
She is very skilled in her industry.

Friendly service, and the vanilla slice was pretty nice - icing was a little too sweet. Chicken, Mushroom and Bacon pie was also tasty, but probably needs to be a little more creamy, and less starchy.

Ordered Birthday cake for grandsons 5th Birthday on Tuesday 26th Jan for pickup Wednesday
3rd Feb as his Birthday is 4thFeb. Called in to pick up so my daughter can take to "Daycare" to share with other children and was told the young lady i ordered with had written the wrong DATE she had the 10th Feb the week after written down. What a disappointment!!!! Never again

Bacon and Egg rolls are so good here. Price is fair for what you get, Like that I can choose how I want my eggs done and what kind of roll I can have. Makes it a Great experience and tastes so much better than Take-Away stores. Keep Up the good work Umina Bakehouse / Kings
