Umina Family Practice

My family is so lucky to have Dr Cherie Castaing as our GP. I've always found the receptionists lovely. They always do what they can to help. It is a very popular family practice so sometimes you have to be patient.

Rude cow at reception, if you haven't been there before apparently you can't get an appointment, well how the eff did the other people get in then you stupid cow?!

We have used Umina Practice for over 5 years and have always found it to be friendly helpful and efficient

Sick as a dog, can't see a doctor on the peninsula because they don't bulk bill. The receptionist here takes the cake, rang up this morning and when I asked for a bulk billing appointment she asked who I've been seeing and I said I haven't been in a while; I'm really sick but normally go to reliance she said I can't help you and hung up. And all I need is antibiotics. Only way you get into this joint is paying $70 on the weekend for a standard consoltation. What a scam.

Around 2pm went in person and asked, amazing she found a series of appointments for the next day after checking if I also had a health care card, and when the receptionist found my record had been sent to another medical centre she denied me having an appointment and just said that's policy, we can't see you, sorry. I have never, ever, been treated like this by a medical centre. I had no choice but to call Doctor on Duty. There is no excuse for this.

I fpound this practice absolutely hopeless for anybody new in the area. So if you're feeling sick in any way CALL ANOTHER PRACTICE THIS ONE WON'T HELP!!!!
